For a fast tc die stock removal by means of the ETC-1/F (e.g. generation of a proper die-profile, de-ringing, enlargement, reconditioning steps etc.), special diamond grinding workpins are being used, while the subsequent polishing on this advanced machine is easily effected, using steel polishing pins in conjunction with suitable diamond suspension. All tc dies are such being worked in record time (minutes only). EDER also offer a complete optional working material package/kit, allowing a perfect start-up of the advanced ETC-1/HF unit and tuned to customers´ specific needs.
